The Project Manager is responsible for synchronizing the operational requirements of several case management programs and ensuring efficient and effective delivery of the highest quality transitional and support services for clients. This position will coordinate the output and input requirements of several programs. Additionally, services to clients are intended to aid them in improving their social, economic, cultural, or educational status. Responsibilities include supervising and synchronizing the efforts of case managers, collating all reports, collecting and processing financial and operational data, providing intake functions, coordinating program activities; developing and implementing specialized programing such as job placement and retention, family budgeting, enforcement of policies and guidelines set by the program; facilitate communication between case managers and the FSP Director to ensure the provision of quality services.

 


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ensure adherence to all contract requirements.
  • Provide program management, development, and expansion in conjunction with the agency’s strategic plan.
  • Assist in marketing and developing the program.
  • Work with volunteers assigned to the program in conjunction with the Catholic Charities Volunteer Coordinator.
  • Produce timely and accurate reports for all assigned programs.
  • Attend and participate in all meetings and training as required by the agency.
  • Work as liaison with other agencies, parishes, stakeholders, partners, and individuals in the community to coordinate services.
  • Assist in emergency/crisis situations as directed.
  • Ensure contract compliance across all assigned programs.
  • Compile accurate statistical information.
  • Manage a diverse group of employees geographically separated across multiple counties.
  • Maintain standards of accountability for all financial transactions.
  • Review case files minimally every month for assigned staff to ensure compliance with contract requirements.
  • Assist in the training of the Case Management staff and volunteers as needed.
  • Assist in addressing quality control issues within the Case Management program.
  • Assess monthly contract requirements with case managers.
  • Ensure data and information entered into all MISs are accurate and up to date.
  • Ensure case managers are submitting monthly PQI data.
  • Ensure case managers have accurately completed the necessary paperwork to submit with the monthly invoices.
  • Coordinates and manages all program invoicing with the CCCF Finance team.
  • Reviews check requests in the absence of the FSP Director.
  • Monitors services to accurately account for the number and percentage of clients served.

. Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Social Sciences; experience in a social work setting may be substituted.
  • A Master’s degree is highly sought.
  • The Project Manager shall have a minimum of three years of management experience, proven leadership skills, computer proficiency, and excellent communications skills.
  • Experience in budgeting and contract reporting is essential.
  • Operate standard office equipment including a multiple line telephone system, copy machine, fax, and scanner.
