Description:
- Knowledge of and experience with current trends in research-based instructional strategies and techniques specific to direct instruction in reading and math.
- Understands and interprets relevant data to inform instruction and identify students with special needs.
- Skilled in writing clear, concise analytical reports and maintain up to date documentation for special need students.
- Assists faculty with the implementation of universal screening and progress monitoring of academics and developmental behavior.

- Certification in ESE instruction.
- Have good communication skills necessary to facilitate the collaboration process between parents and the school-based team of teachers and administrators in developing and implementing instructional support service for students, and creative problem-solving skills.
- Requires an appreciation and respect for the Catholic Church and its teachings.
- Church employees must conduct themselves in a manner that is consistent with and supportive of the mission and purpose of the Church.
