Vista Church in Orlando, FL, is in search of a new Senior/Lead Pastor to serve as a shepherd who develops shepherds. The Lead Pastor serves as the church’s primary leader, and they would like someone who knows his leadership strengths and how to build his teams to cover his weaknesses. This diverse, multicultural church is located in the southeast part of mild-weathered Orlando and is excited to find its next leader.
What you’ll be doing:
• Primary teacher of God’s word
• Shaping the church’s culture of discipleship
• Primary shepherd of the church
• Empower people for ministry
• Serve as the central leader who initiates momentum
• Creates, strengthens, and shepherds the team
Skills you need to have:
• Engaging speaking skills
• Relevant degree for ministry
• Experienced and proven leader
• Self-evaluation skills of their abilities used for the kingdom
• Tech skills are appreciated but not required
• Loves God. Loves people.
