The Senior Project Manager for Wycliffe USA is responsible for managing Marketing projects and coordinating Marketing's production schedule to meet organizational goals and achieve optimal efficiency and quality to advance Bible translation. The Senior Project Manager serves to proactively understand client needs, facilitate solutions, work with creatives to produce outcomes, and coordinate cross-disciplinary production schedules.
Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- 
	Manage a portfolio of digital and print marketing projects within project management governance from concept through tactical execution and maintenance. 
- 
	Interface with client and team, manage project planning, scheduling, and implementation, and monitor and control outcomes while effectively handling task management, communications, stakeholders, and quality. 
- 
	Coordinate Marketing's production schedule management to ensure all Marketing projects and tasks are clearly defined and correctly scheduled to achieve outcomes and production schedules are achievable and sustainable across Marketing disciplinary teams. 
- 
	Support the director in driving solution-based marketing strategies while partnering with cross-disciplinary and cross-functional teams to understand business needs and determine how best to achieve outcomes. 
- 
	Support the director in creating and maintaining project management governance by establishing standards, processes, and tools for effective solutions and project delivery. 
- 
	Support the video production leadership to provide operational support and project management for video-related needs. 
- 
	Proactively pursue continuous learning of developments in project management and production schedule management.

	Ability to collaborate with co-workers on given projects or other assignments; supports team goals and commitments. 
- 
	Confidence in presenting and explaining ideas to internal and external teams. 
- 
	Flexible and willing to adapt to changes in a fast-paced work environment. 
Education & Experience:
- 
	Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Project Management, Operations, or related area of study plus 5-7 years of experience in project management, schedule management, and operations with an agency or corporate marketing/advertising department; or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. 
- 
	Experience managing an extensive portfolio of projects within a creative environment and coordinating high-volume production schedules. 
- 
	Nonprofit ministry volunteer or work experience is also beneficial.

	The minimum starting pay for this position is $26.00 but may be higher based on education, experience, and skills.
