As an enterprise systems analyst, you will play a central role in achieving corporate strategic direction by coordinating technology, systems, initiatives and solutions, including Salesforce (CRM) and Workday (HCM/Finance). Enterprise systems analysts participate with leadership and coordinating technical staff in optimizing and enhancing core business systems to empower the work of Bible translation worldwide. 

Today, over 2000 people groups, 170 million people, still don’t have the Bible translated into their languages! Wycliffe USA believes the Word of God can transform lives when people hear it in their language or form, and we urgently need you to join the team!

Job Location: remote

Compensation: $75,000 minimum annual salary

Every day has an impact! You’ll assist with planning and executing all software engineering and development phases, coordinate technical resources, and provide software support for existing custom applications. In addition to meeting with project team members to identify and creatively resolve issues, you’ll implement system integrations, coordinate technical resources, and ensure the high availability of enterprise systems and integrations. You’ll identify and mitigate project risks within ERP contexts, prepare status reports, facilitate change requests, and conduct post-product evaluations. Later you might create communication plans, provide software support and implement system integrations and enhancements. This role also performs software development up to one-quarter of the time.

This job might be for you if…

  • You have a bachelor’s degree plus training and three years in business/systems analysis and software development, or an equivalent combination of education, experience, and training.
  • You have an advanced degree in ERP (CRM, HCM, Finance) systems, integration, data management, and project/task management software.
  • You demonstrate the desire and ability to support corporate Biblical and religious goals and participate in regular work-related spiritual activities without reservation (Spiritual Bona Fide Occupational Qualification).
  • You have practical communication skills, including presentation, writing, documenting, and listening. 
  • You can synthesize complex information, collect and research data, and design workflows and procedures.
  • You are detail-oriented, thorough, disciplined, and conscientious. 
  • You understand business processes and take a long-term, broad organization perspective into account.
  • You have an optimistic attitude and excellent time management skills, delivering quality results on schedule.
  • You are a skilled project manager from both business and technical perspectives.

It’s a bonus if…

  • You have experience with Informatica, MSSQL, Python, Salesforce, and Workday.
  • You have nonprofit ministry experience.
