We are seeking a candidate for a full-time Technology Help Desk opportunity.

This position provides first-line technical support to a private church and school (year-round).

Duties include phone & ticket support, troubleshooting hardware, and software, inventory updates, telephone system maintenance, documentation, cabling, etc. Qualifications include, but are not limited to, 1-3 years prior help desk experience, working knowledge of hardware and software including Google apps, ticketing systems, positive customer service skills, strong verbal and written communication expertise, reliability, and value serving the team.
