Once again, we are hosting our Annual Back to School Community Family Day. This year, we are partnered with Christy Recreation Center and Mastery Charter School -Harrity. Our Back-to-School Community Family Day is a great way to say thank you and how much we appreciate our community. We also will celebrate the beginning of a new school year and the end of a fantastic summer. With so much going on with Covid-19, we can say “We made it through another year!”

Motivated Community Resource Center provides community-based services to Philadelphia residents by providing Community Outreach, Education, Health & Wellness, and Advocacy. We aim to ignite our community for change by empowering and improving the quality of life for families.

During this beautiful and much-needed event, we will host various vendors from the education and social service field as well as local vendors who will share resources, products, and information with our families. There will be free school supplies, food, games, music, bounces, and school uniforms to families who need a little extra help with school materials. This event will culinate with a Captain Marvel movie at 8 pm. Free popcorn will be given out. Be sure to bring your blanket or chair.
