In July 2021 the New Journey Christian Center Pop-Up Shop featured more than 25 vendors and we highly anticipate doubling that number with support from sponsors, like you. Small businesses are the cornerstone of our economy and their success is essential in moving our city forward. An investment in our local small businesses, specifically, in black and brown businesses, is also an investment in our communities.

With high Chelten Ave foot traffic our Outdoor Pop-Up Shop will be a great opportunity for local retail businesses to increase their visibility and revenue.

Location: In the Church Parking Lot- 1001 E Chelten Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19138

Donation: (Early Bird Special )$65.00 Until 5/25 (Regular Registration) $75.00 Until 6/18 (Late Registration) $85.00 after 6/18

Vendors Are Responsible for Bringing:

• 6-8 ft. Table

• Chairs

• Table Covering/Skirts, Signage

• A Tent is Highly Recommended (There is no shade in the Parking Lot)

Set Up and Dismantling: Vendors must in be place by 10:00am on the day of the event. Displays may be dismantled after 5:00 pm.

Payment Information: To Save Money on fees, we prefer you use Cash App: $NewJourneyChristian. If you're using Cash App send an email to staceycollins0824@gmail.com with your company's name, IG handle and the products that you sell! You may also use Eventbrite to make your payment

Logos: Submit your Logo to donate@newJourneyChristianCenter.org; so it can be added to the flyer.

Event Refund Policy: New Journey Christian Center will only issue refunds if the event is cancelled or postponed.

VENDORS: PLEASE READ BEFORE COMPLETING YOUR ORDER

1. Workers: Vendor is limited to (2) two Workers including the Primary Vendor

2. Cancelations: Refunds will not be given if you cancel your reservation less than 48 hours prior to the event. No exceptions. There are nonrefundable event costs incurred by organizers if requests for cancellations are not received in a timely manner.

3. Vendor Advertising: Let your IG, FB and Website Audience Know you’re all about the pop-shop by posting the flyer.

4. Product Agreement: You may only vend what you have listed on the form. Secret Shoppers will be onsite to verify.

5. Photo Agreement: By participating in the event, you agree to allow New Journey Christian Center to use photos of you, your assistant and/or product on our website and other social media platforms.

6. A Release and Waiver Form must signed prior to setting up for the Pop-Up Shop. Refusal to sign the document will be considered as a cancellation with less than 48 hour notice and the registration fee will be not be refunded.
