Responsabilités
- 
	Provides front of the house engineering for ETBC worship services. funerals and weddings 
- 
	Provides and manage recording and overall coordination of on-site, audio responsibilities 
- 
	Provides engineering services for funerals and weddings 
- 
	Creates a finished product (audio deliverable that adheres to industry standards 
- 
	Meets with musicians ,staff to ensure clear understanding of needs, expectations 
- 
	Assists the Creative and Technical Director with project planning 
- 
	Records, manipulates, and edits digital audio 
- 
	Inserts, creates special sound effects 
- 
	Monitors and maintains signal integrity to provide the highest quality audio recording during services, recordings, and live events 
- 
	Responsible for maintaining audio equipment and facilities to ensure production readiness 
- 
	Recommend workflow improvements 
- 
	Maintain, monitor, and periodically test the operation of all Audio systems: Enon East and West Sanctuaries, FLC and classrooms in both locations 
- 
	Document and keep current administrative and design manuals for the implementation and maintenance of the Audio network 
- 
	Develop, maintain, and deliver a comprehensive training for volunteer staff, to provide them with the knowledge and experience necessary for basic operation of the sound and visual equipment 
- 
	Evaluate equipment and software for upgrades and oversee maintenance and repairs of audio and equipment 
- 
	Maintain smooth operation of audio equipment for recording and streaming for live services and events 
- 
	Oversee the installation, configuration, monitoring, maintenance oversight and support of Audio solutions to ensure optimum performance for services and special events, off-site, at Enon East, FLC, Enon West and breakout rooms in both locations 
- 
	Although most work is performed inside, occasional outside activities are to be covered 
Requirements:
- 
	Skilled with analog and digital audio boards in a production environment 
- 
	Ability to operate, maintain, & troubleshoot multimedia production sound equipment, visual equipment, and computer equipment 
- 
	Must be knowledgeable and proficient with analog and digital audio boards in a production environment, including setting up, patching, and mixing 
- 
	Ability to conduct a sound check quickly and effectively 
- 
	Knowledge of audio/visual equipment, including monitors, sound boards, loudspeakers, various microphones, lights, and other audio equipment 
- 
	5 years or more of previous employment in an engineering or technical position with an AV department 
- 
	Attentive to detail, organized and excellent time management 
- 
	Excellent written and oral communication skills 
- 
	Possess the desire and ability to work creatively in a team setting 
- 
	Excellent problem-solving skills including technical resolution 
- 
	Ability to work under high levels of stress and pressure without loss of judgment 
- 
	Highly organized in work assignment & performance

	Must be customer oriented.
