What you will do:

  • Develop and implement digital campaigns for social media channels by aligning strategic business initiatives, core messaging objectives, and data-driven insights.
  • Oversee the customer-facing experience for Board of Pensions websites and leads development of new web experiences to include microsites and landing pages.
  • Manage the development and execution of email marketing campaigns for key audiences, including members, employers, and prospective customers.
  • Implement SEO/SEM strategy and digital advertising campaigns that attract sales leads.
  • Collaborate with client management, design, editorial, traffic, and cross-functional business teams to ensure alignment with business strategy.
  • Lead, develop, and mentor a marketing specialist in the development of digital tactics that represent inclusive communications and comply with applicable laws and brand standards.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of campaigns, report on digital activities at specified intervals, and optimize tactics based on data.

What you need to succeed in the role:

  • Ability to lead, motivate, and develop staff, fostering a culture of accountability, professional development, high performance, and customer-focus.
  • Demonstrated experience leading, implementing, and managing the day-to-day tactics of digital campaigns to include social media, SEO/SEM, and display advertising.
  • Demonstrated experience implementing email campaigns using marketing automation tools such as Pardot, MailChimp, or Marketo.
  • Ability to measure and report performance of digital marketing campaigns using Google Analytics and reporting tools.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and content management systems, such as Drupal or WordPress.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities effectively and simultaneously manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adjust priorities.
  • Superior communication and relationship-building skills with clients, members, senior management, and vendors.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills and ability to work on multiple assignments.
  • Flexible with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive within a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.
  • Ability, interest, and desire to stay current via seminars, industry literature, and formal training and development.
  • Ability to understand the Benefits Plan of the Presbyterian church (U.S.A.) and the nature and expectation of the membership with the capability to translate this understanding into working knowledge of projects and deliverables.
  • Ability to work on-site Tuesday through Thursday at the 2000 Market Street office in Philadelphia.
  • An ability to effectively work remotely utilizing an uninterrupted internet connection, as required.
