EDUCATION SUPERVISOR
St. Francis - St. Vincent is currently seeking an Education Supervisor for St. Katherine Drexel School located on our campus. St. Katherine Drexel is an alternative school for at-risk adolescents.
Position Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Special Education, Master's Degree in Education preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Programs (Excel, PowerPoint and Word) also required.
Primary responsibilities of this position include:
- Supervising and evaluating Education support staff.
- Facilitates communication between Special Education Director, CUA, Department of Human Services, other Education intuitions and SFSV Social Service department
- Assist school leadership with the maintenance of accurate school schedules, student records, and transcripts in accordance with school, local, state and federal requirements
- Maintain student databases as it pertains to monthly and yearly enrollment on Rediker Software
- Ensure the timely production of student Report Cards
- Provide professional learning for staff in strategies and skills to support students.
- Provide coverage for classes, when needed
- Oversee the graduate curriculum and course schedule
- Functions as contact liaison for St. Katharine Drexel 's day students
