QUALIFICATIONS: Dependable committed worker. Candidates must possess the ability to work independently, make sound decisions and be mindful of the environment. At least 18 years. Institutional cleaning experience and a valid driver’s license a plus but not required. Child Abuse & FBI Clearances are required.
DUTIES &
FUNCTIONS: A. Monitor and maintain facilities (4) and property cleanliness and safety
B. General daily cleaning offices and common areas
C. Floor maintenance, several different surfaces
D. Upkeep of grounds includes occasional snow removal
E. General Repairs (Bathroom fixtures, broken windows etc.)
F. Occasional support of the catering ministry (set-up, transport, clean up, breakdown)
G. Requires the capacity to lift up to 50 lbs. (i.e... paint buckets, cement bags, salt, small equipment, product deliveries)
