All Hallows Church occupies a central place in Wyncote. We steward a beautiful campus: an architecturally significant church, glorious stained-glass, an historic organ, and a Parish House that supports our mission. We are known for liturgy, music and education. We welcome newcomers with inviting coffee hours; our energetic Spiritual Life Committee has offered programs for spiritual discovery and enrichment. We are financially strong. We will roll up our sleeves to create a vibrant parish. We have exciting but realistic aspirations. We seek an approachable, energetic, innovative and communicative priest to guide the parish as we rebuild.
Our next rector will join a congregation that has coalesced through challenging losses – small in number, large in heart and hopeful for the future. The people of All Hallows value spiritual growth and development, the Anglican liturgical tradition, and compelling scripturally-based preaching that is relevant to our lives. Music and the arts are important in our spirituality and worship. We aspire to express our strong inward faith by extending the All Hallows spirit to new domains of service in the near community and beyond. The ideal candidate will provide pastoral care and spiritual guidance to a committed parish and help us grow the congregation.
We seek a priest with an entrepreneurial heart who is up for the challenges of leadership, who welcomes collegiality in a parish with a glorious history, and who has the will to work with us as we invent a bright future for All Hallows.
