Position Overview

Under the supervision of the President, Principal, Assistant Principals, and Dean of School Culture the School Operations Assistant provides administrative support, contacts families via email/phone, substitutes classes, and executes other duties assigned by the administration. This is a part-time position

Duties and Responsibilities
 

  • Support the Covid-19 Response Team in the distribution of pandemic related information
  • Substitute classes on a daily basis
  • Assist in the supervision of the school cafeteria
  • Contact parents/guardians via email and phone to provide updates on student progress
  • Serve as a ‘push-in’ teacher’s assistant providing instructional support Qualifications
  • Willingness to engage and empathize with students
  • Commitment to uphold the Catholic identity of the school
  • Desire to model Gospel values
  • Ability to follow directions
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing pandemic conditions
  • Strong in oral, written, and nonverbal communications
  • Openness to receive constructive feedback
  • Time management skills to meet deadlines

PA required clearances and Safe Environment Certification and official transcripts will be required before employment can begin.
