Catholic Social Services (CSS)is seeking an organized, self-starter to coordinate secretarial functions for foster care and adoption programs. The position provides support for programs in two offices. This is a part time position (14 hours/week).

 

Essential Functions:

  • Maintains office supply inventory; orders supplies as needed.
  • Handles mail and processes bills/invoices.
  • Types material as needed and requested.
  • Creates, maintains and closes records and oversees record room.
  • Tracks dates for reports and informs staff when they are due.
  • Assists with responding to post-adoption search requests.


Essential Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma.
  • Good organizational skills.
  • Ability to be flexible, creative and work in a diverse setting.
  • Ability to travel between two offices.
  • Ability to compose letters and summarize case record material.
