ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Executing community mapping program with program director to promote and
elicit SNAP enrollments for needy individuals and families.
2. Assists with conducting SNAP enrollment services to prevent and resolve client
food insecurity.
3. Provides information and referral to clients on SNAP services and other social
services over the phone or in person.
4. Assists with coordinating community presentations.
5. Coordinates all data collection for quarterly reports.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:
Basic knowledge and understanding of case management
Basic computer and software skills and experience
Complete work with accuracy and meet deadlines
Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing; understand and follow
directions
Provide a high level of customer service
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients, families,
caregivers, service providers and staff
Knowledge of community resources is highly desirable
