What you will do:
Manage intake of project requests from end-to-end and consults with colleagues on the client management and brand and creative services teams to prioritize projects and negotiate deadlines based on available resources.
Collaborate with client management team to ensure schedules align with marketing and communications plans.
Develop short- and long-term project plans, create status reports and dashboards, and lead production meetings.
Oversee the translation process of collateral into relevant threshold languages to include Korean and Spanish, serving as point person with translations services vendor.
Work with team leaders to ensure resourcing is allocated appropriately across team and with vendors.

What you need to succeed in the role:
Demonstrated experience managing workflow for creative deliverables, including web content, emails, brochures, mailers, signage, video, and presentations.
Proficiency using project management or workflow tools.
Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with clients, members, senior management, and vendors.
Flexible with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive within a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment
Stays current with emerging technologies and maintains professional-level expertise via seminars, literature, and formal training.
Ability to understand the Benefits Plan of the Presbyterian church (U.S.A.) and the nature and expectation of the membership with the capability to translate this understanding into working knowledge of projects and deliverables.
Ability to work on-site Tuesday through Thursday at the 2000 Market Street office in Philadelphia.
