ResponsibilitiesThe Care Coordination/Call Center Program Assistant will support the work of the Director and function as the primary back up to the Call Center Coordinator by responding to incoming telephonic and electronic requests for services for VITALity Catholic Healthcare Services of the Diocese of Camden. The Program Assistant will maintain resource directories, facilitate referrals to Care Coordinators and other VITALity programs, provide data entry and maintain data bases. In addition, the Program Assistant will provide support for mailings for various programs and support the Office manager and VITALity Directors in project work and assist in preparing presentation materials for presentations, events and marketing including printing and mailing materials as needed.

Requirements: High School Diploma, College Degree preferred. Minimum two years of experience in call center, customer service, intake, telephone sales, care coordination, advocacy or another related field. (Health care or social services preferred) Excellent communication skills, verbal, written, technical and listening skills. Demonstrated skills in customer service, developing rapport and problem solving. Excellent interpersonal skills both in person and phone, with high professionalism. Proficiency in Microsoft office, data entry and data base management. Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish), but not required.
