Full Job Description
Core Responsibilities
Improves overall plan member well-being through the development of engaging and effective programs.
Oversees all Board wellness programs including Call to Health, Employee Assistance, Vision, Dental and chronic condition management.
Manages the Well-being Program budget and vendor performance.
Initiates, directs, and reports analysis and outcomes of the program’s impact.
Qualifications
a bachelor’s degree in a related field;
benefits or industry related certifications;
experience in Benefits Plan Administration;
an ability to make informed decisions and sound judgments regarding complex issues;
excellent analytical, decision making, and problem-solving skills; and
excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
