All Peoples Church held its first School of Leadership graduation on Tuesday, Dec. 13.

The church’s Facebook page announced that they are proud of their first batch for showing their commitment to growth. They added that these people also show their passion for their communities and Jesus.

All Peoples Church said it prays for each graduate as they face another step of their journey for the following year.

School of Leadership

The church’s website revealed that before individuals could lead others, they should be able to guide themselves. They explained that regardless if they are planting churches worldwide or desiring to make an impact in their neighborhood or workplace, people need training.

As further mentioned, All Peoples Church offers the School of Leadership to train those interested in living out their life genuinely for Jesus.

According to the website, the class focuses on providing practical teaching. The church added that students would have the opportunity to learn from successful people in their expertise from family, workplace, and culture.

In addition, the course would offer topics to help participants develop their skills in life. They explained that they would be familiar with the resources to follow the lifestyle in God’s Kingdom. The website emphasized that these tools would help lead others to do the same.

Moreover, the website said that the School of Leadership would help students nurture their God-given purpose. They would learn to discover their unique personality, passions, and priorities, as added on the website.

More importantly, as mentioned, the students would be part of a high-level responsibility group. They added that trained coaches would guide them in their journey.

School of Transformation

On the same website, All Peoples Church noted that they had offered the School of Transformation since 2009. They explained that hundreds of students experienced freedom and breakthroughs through this course.

They stated that the school lets the learners discover their purpose in God’s Kingdom.

The website said that the School of Transformation provides powerful teaching. They highlighted that their “heart-stirring teachings” could give the learners emotional freedom and spiritual breakthrough.

In addition, they explained that they categorized students into “Transformation Groups.” They said that these groups offer fellowship and discipleship experience during the course. Besides, students will read the entire Scripture and know the value of memorizing God’s word.

As further mentioned, many learners have practicum outside the country at the end of the school. They emphasized that this program is the highlight of the school.

School of Church Planting

Meanwhile, All People’s Church also provides training for church planting. The same website explained that God mandated that the church participates in planting 3000 churches worldwide.

School of Church Planting would prepare the students for fulfilling the mission, as noted on the website. They added that they would learn more about Visionary Teaching and practice training while on the field.

Moreover, the church mentioned that they would learn the ministry skills of a church planter. As further explained, they would know the fundamentals of fostering and disciple-making movement.
