The church organizes a marriage retreat at Ayers Hotel in Laguna Woods. This event entitled "Covenant Road'' will happen on April 1 – 3. Pastor Dan Leitz will serve as the speaker at this special time for married couples.

CCO Marriage Retreat, Covenant Road

The Calvary Chapel Oceanside encourages its members to join the "Covenant Road," CCO Marriage Retreat. According to the church's webpage, it invites everyone to come and join this special Marriage Conference, no matter where they are on this road – the married life.

Moreover, Calvary Chapel Oceanside stated that marriage is often viewed as a contract between husband and wife. Most of the time, the idea is if spouses do their part for the marriage, there will be less conflict and issues.

The problem is that the road that spouses signed up to travel is a covenant road. Such a contract says that each will give their 100% effort and commitment no matter what happens.

According to Calvary Chapel Oceanside, the covenant road is full of turns, twins, and hazards.

However, there is also unparalleled beauty, as the couples reflect the image of Jesus Christ and His Church.

Pastor Dan Leitz will serve as the "Covenant Road," CCO Marriage Retreat speaker. The pastor will dig deep into how spouses can navigate this covenant road together. Moreover, he will also provide insights into strengthening the foundation as husband-and-wife travel through the covenant road.

Moreover, he will also discuss how couples can keep their focus on the path that lies ahead. "Covenant Road," CCO Marriage Retreat, will occur at Ayers Hotel in Laguna Woods. Signing up for this marriage retreat covers accommodations for two nights, two breakfasts, and one lunch.

CCO accepted registration for this event until March 9, 2022.

Calvary Chapel Oceanside, Marriage Ministry

CCO's Marriage Ministry provides events and classes intended for helping husband – and – wife with their marriage journey. The ministry also offers pre-marital counseling, marriage counseling Dale Dickinson, Calvary Oceanside Pastor, and licensed marriage counselor.

Power to Change, Thursday Night Marriage Class

As shared on the website, CCO Marriage Ministry presents "The Power to Change," a marriage class on Thursday nights. Jennie Allen, Matt Chandler, and Oneka McClellan lead this six–week study that helps couples dive into the work of the Holy Spirit in their lives and the process of sanctification.

The class started last March 17 and will end on April 28. Participants meet every Thursday night from 7 p.m. – 9 p.m.

According to Facebook, the church believes in the threefold work of the Holy Spirit.

The Holy Spirit seeks out and brings the lost to salvation, that He sanctifies the faithful, and that He baptizes and gives spiritual gifts to Christians for service.
