The Association of Related Churches established it. It believes in teaching sound Bible doctrine according to 1 Timothy 4:6 – 16 and embracing the gifts of the Holy Spirit as seen in Corinthians 12 for the building up of His Church.

It exists to reach people with Jesus Christ's life-giving message so that they might encounter Him, know His love, and live His plan. Additionally, it desires to create a lasting impact in everyone's life, community, and world.

The church believes as people encounter Jesus, know His love, and begin to live His plan, such impact is possible.
