Center Church SD working with Freedom Movement to help in giving healing, hope

In line with its mission, the Center Church partners with the Freedom Movement to spread the message to the people that they are not alone in their struggles. God sees everything and loves every human being. He wants to heal them and give them hope.

The church webpage noted that they are working with numerous ministries and non-profit organizations in the urban areas of San Diego. These initiatives are meant to have a restoring influence on the city.

Besides, they added, the organization believes that God has called them to make a place. A space where no matter what a woman has done and done to her, she cannot let her walls down. They mentioned that the organization could be a venue to feel loved and see that God wants to restore what has been broken.

Redemption, Healing

One of the church’s statements of faith is that they believe in redemption. They think that humans were made good and upright, but willingly, sin made them fail. The website said that the only hope of restoration is in Jesus Christ, the Son of God.

Another belief they hold on to is the healing of the sick. The church said that it was revealed in the life and ministry of Jesus. It is also included in command of Jesus to His followers. They added that healing is given as a symbol and a part of Jesus’ service on the cross. Recovery is one of the gifts of the Spirit, as posted on the webpage.

Freedom Movement

The Freedom Movement thinks genuine freedom begins with the courageous act of loving who God has made a person to be. The organization said they long to hear stories be reconsidered for people to walk freely.
Besides, they added that liberty comes from knowing that a person is seen in their entirety and loved perfectly. Whether the pain is in the past or present, they said it does not keep people from living freely but allows a venue to experience God’s love firsthand.

The website noted that as God comes into those painful areas, He brings comfort, healing, and life. The organization has seen the pain that once led to destruction. But now they have a reason that guides to freedom in the hands of God.

Meanwhile, the Freedom movement emphasized that they know that God wants people to live in the fullness of the freedom available to them. This freedom is through His restoring love and salvation. They believe that people experiencing freedom would also help free others because it is contagious.

The organization also highlighted that their programs and ever-increasing family had nurtured a place where anyone could start the process and heal. They said there is a place for them, whether they take their first step or their hundredth on the journey to freedom.

The group is also committed to offering ways that lead to hope and healing that are available, attainable, and affordable. They said they were created to help and motivate those walking towards ever-growing freedom.
