On the said website,  they mentioned that men’s ministry is a place where males can enrich the community with others by building their faith to become influencers with others whether in the family, friends, or their neighborhoods and city.

The said ministry also stated that they had enhanced something valuable for men not just to survive but to thrive no matter where they are with their faith- exploring, giving faith a second chance, or finding a place to grow.

Men’s ministry also highlighted that their mission and vision are simple, and that is to desire their male members to thrive in their relationship with others and God as they live out their faith and make it genuine in front of their family, friends, church, and city.

The church added that they have been developing various involvement opportunities based on their men’s interests and life stages.

Guest Speaker; Tom Hammel

Tom Hammel grew up in the central valley of northern California in the town of Stockton, as posted on Our Cultivated Lives website. Hammel added that it had the highest murder cases per capita in California for most of where he lived. He also stated that he grew up independently to survive and had to learn how to talk to people, manipulate, and live.

Hammel highlighted that after 20 years of leading people, he realized that there’s not a lot of self-leadership. He mentioned that people need to do some things to awaken the possibility, and some individuals are just not sure about the process, and this is where he comes in.

The Life You’re Meant to Lead

In line with this, Hammel is also an author of the book “The Life You’re Meant to Lead,” He discussed the ten steps to cultivate purpose and awaken greatness, as mentioned on the said website.

Hammel highlighted in his book that the purpose of an individual's life would put forks in the road where it requires one to develop new skills and maneuver life’s rocky terrain. The author added that it forces someone into situations one does not feel adequate for, yet it would be the most worthwhile pursuit one could ever take up.

Moreover, the said website also added that in this book, Hammel shared his raw personal journey and 20 years of leadership experience to inspire and equip people to discover their natural rants and raves that could direct them to their life’s passion.
