Give Now, Kingdom Builders

As shared on Facebook, last March 5, the war crisis in Ukraine continues, and citizens are forced to leave their country. In line with this, Newbreak Church appeals to everyone to prayerfully consider giving to Kingdom Builders to help the needs of those displaced by war in Ukraine.

Newbreak Church, through its Kingdom Builders ministry, partners with Convoy of Hope. According to Newbreak, this organization excels at giving immediate relief on the ground where crises or disasters occur.

Newbreak Church’s Kingdom Builders is its platform to fund people and projects working locally and globally. These projects and people deliver the life-transforming gift of Christ to the world.

According to the church’s website, Newbreak collaborates with various partners and projects to deliver the Lord’s love and message of hope across the globe. Moreover, as stated on its webpage, the church promotes social justice by engaging in the fight against inequality and injustice toward various individuals.

Newbreak Church works with different organizations, like Convoy of Hope, to give under-resourced communities and individuals access to basic human needs.

It empowers the next generation of missionaries and Christian leaders to extend the reach of the local and global church by church planting, parenting, and mentoring leaders.

For 2022, Kingdom Builders has its 4 Featured Projects. These projects include:

  • Delivering the complete translation of the Enga New Testament
  • Providing new water filters and new churches to Egypt
  • Expanding care for the most vulnerable in local communities
  • Giving safe and secure housing for victims of human trafficking

Update on Ukraine Crisis: Refugees

According to BBC News, the United Nations stated over 1.7 million people left Ukraine to escape the Russian invasion that began last month. Since the war started, only 50 Ukrainians with UK family links have obtained visas.

BBC News reported the United Kingdom is looking into widening access to visas for Ukrainian refugees after current criticism routes are too restrictive.

As reported on Reuters, Filippo Grandi, head of the UN refugee agency, described the Ukrainian refugee crisis as the fastest moving they have seen in Europe since the end of World War II.
