Servant-Leadership

As for believers, the website mentioned that servant-leaders work for God by helping others to accomplish their purpose for God’s glory.
In addition, everyone in the organization should be dedicated to the idea of servant leadership, as mentioned on the website. They added that each member should fully understand the role and responsibility of a servant leader.
The university also stressed that everyone should share the challenges, decisions, and fun of seeing their mission accomplished.
Moreover, the website said that each member plays a vital role that includes accountability to create standards and apply them to their personal lives. They added that serving and leading at the same time could give glory to God and help others.
