Harbor City Church encouraged its members to attend the Proposition parties throughout October.
The church’s announcement mentioned that this opportunity would be an excellent way to help others have neighbor-loving political engagement. They added that this could also be a chance to make California a better place to live.
Moreover, the members could learn about their votes in the upcoming election on Tuesday, Nov. 8.
Besides, Harbor City Church asked its congregation to share their studies and findings while having food and drinks with friends and other community members.
Proposition Party
According to the Proposition Party website, a prop party is about presenting research and summarizing the result in front of the group. As further explained on the website, they will have notes and discussions to advocate understanding and goodwill.
After the presentation and discussion, everyone could leave and be ready to vote on election day.
