Horizon Christian Fellowship to host community outreach on Halloween

Horizon Christian Fellowship will hold a community outreach to celebrate Halloween on Monday, Oct. 31, at the church’s Basement camp. It announced that the event’s theme is “Hope is not Cancelled Halloween.”

Community Outreach Activities 

The same post mentioned that the event is appropriate for families in the entire community to enjoy. The church assured that their activities would be safe for everyone. Besides, they mentioned that there would be tons of cadies available for kids.

Moreover, the event is free, so participants could enjoy free food such as gourmet hot dogs, classic ice cream, and Nespresso coffee, as further posted on the website. The church would also provide food carts, prizes, and community members giveaways. 

In addition, they would have interactive inflatables and carnival games for the entire family. They posted that the church would provide live music to entertain the community. Besides, as added on the website, they could join the laser tag and climbing wall during the event. 

Supporting Ministries

According to the supports section, the Horizon Christian Fellowship believes there is great power in uniting with others for God’s Kingdom. They emphasized that they are convinced to work with other programs on the front lines. 

The church admitted that some ministries and individuals are better positioned and trained to help others. They explained that God had given many of these organizations gifts to reach out to people and respond to their particular needs and circumstances.

The exact section emphasized that Far Reaching Ministries (FRM) is one of the organizations the Horizon Christian Fellowship supports. Its website says that it centers its vision on offering discipleship and humanitarian resources relief. 

Moreover, they are offering education to people in poverty and persecuted in different countries in the world. They added that they aim to bring the Gospel of Jesus Christ to the lost and dying. The website stated that their primary way of getting people to Jesus is through discipleship.

Rebuilding Lives

The organization uses its resources to rescue and prevent suffering and manipulation in some vulnerable communities, as revealed on the website. They added that they are helping those who are hungry and victims of human traffickers. 

FRM also highlighted that they assist those who are sick and dying. Besides, they fill in their spiritual hunger, as posted on the website. 

The website emphasized that FRM operates in 28 nations worldwide, including all their field posts. As further explained on the website, few missionaries and pastors are managing these field posts.
