The House 242 gears up for a special Women Gathering Event. It will be on Feb. 10, 6 p.m. at the Emerald C Gallery.

Ladies 242, Women Gathering

House 242 announces its following schedule for February. As shared on its Facebook page, there is only one week remaining for Women Gathering on Feb. 10.

It invites all ladies to this gathering at the Emerald C Gallery. According to the House 242 Facebook announcement, it will be a time for dining together, live worship, and drawing inspiration from speakers.

House 242 assures ladies that this Women Gathering event will be an equipping and impactful night. It also encourages ladies to bring a friend to this event.

About House 242

“Family Focused. Bible Centered. Spirit-Led. Acts 2:42.”

According to its Facebook page, House 242 is located at 1331 Orange Ave., Coronado. This faith community meets on Sundays at 10 a.m. in the Emerald C Gallery of Coronado. Also, this church meets in small groups throughout the week.

House 242 welcomes all. Pastors Danny Fischer and Cameron Bernardo, with Claire Fischer as Kids and Accounting, lead this community of believers. According to its website, it looks up at Acts 2:42 as the model church.

Through this model, House 242 aspires to be sensitive and seek the leading of the Holy Spirit. The people are using the spiritual gifts given to them to convert and commit to “devote themselves to the apostles’ teaching diligently, fellowship, break bread with others, and prayer.

House 242 mission is to reveal to others where hope resides and to live life abundantly with the Holy Spirit. Moreover, this church envisions itself making disciples from the Coronado community members.

It sees salvation and awakening throughout the island. House 242 envisions living out the words on earth as it is in Heaven, and the island will notice.

It pays importance to its values about the family and the Bible, spirit-led discipleship, and how it lives out these values. It believes in Salvation, the Godhead, God the Son, God the Holy Spirit, and the Scriptures.

The Bible

It is the word of the Lord, and it’s the foundation for all the things House 242 is engaged to. According to the website, the church values the truth it teaches and seeks to apply it in their everyday lives – to be Gospel fluent.

Moreover, the church members come together, are intentional with one another, hold each other accountable, and journey through life together. House 242 makes the Gospel of Jesus known and makes disciples together.

Spirit-Led Discipleship

This church believes that the Holy Spirit desires the congregation to experience abundant life with Jesus. House 242 believes that He comes alongside believers, and they experience Him through the spiritual gifts and believe that the same power that raised Christ from the dead is working for them.

Family

House of 242 identifies itself as a united family member in God’s Kingdom. As stated on its webpage, its new identity in Christ is based on being one of the children. The church is called into a mission – to be servants to communities and walk alongside one another.
