Newcomers Lunch will present about REVÉ Church as a faith community and its history. The event aims to provide an avenue wherein everyone can get to know each other better in a casual and welcoming atmosphere.

About REVÉ

“People are our heart, and Jesus is our message .”

As indicated on its webpage, REVÉ means to dream. This name serves as a guide for all things in REVÉ. Todd and Shannon Phelps are lead pastors for this congregation.

According to his LinkedIn, Todd was a former executive pastor at Mosaic Church Charlotte. Before he joined Mosaic Church, Todd was a pastor at Seacoast Church in South Carolina. Together, he and his wife Shannon lead and guide this community – the REVÉ Church. As stated on the church’s webpage, the couple has the passion for reaching the city and beyond with the life-changing words of Jesus.

The couple has strong faith in the next generation and values the wisdom and guidance of the generations before them.

Still from its webpage, Jesus is the message, is the number one on the list of its values as a church. REVÉ Church’s purpose is to help people know God, find freedom, learn about their purpose, and use it to make a difference. It exists to share the hope of Jesus.

The church calls itself an avenue where dreams are cultivated and paths are made to pursue these dreams. Prayer is the heart of REVÉ Church.

This faith community considers Service Leadership as its identity. It believes that the most outstanding leadership is when people serve others. For REVÉ Church, generosity is a privilege. Moreover, it is about sharing more than what is asked. As stated on the church website, REVÉ is generous with its time, talents, and treasures.

As God has been very generous to the church, it is REVÉ’s honor to give back to Him. Service is every Sunday, in – person, 10:30 a.m. at Torrey Pines High School, Performing Arts Center, 3710 Del Mar Heights Road, San Diego, CA 92130.
