The Women of Revé Church continues to hold Women’s Spring Study on Alli Worthington’s book “Standing Strong” every Tuesday in April and May at Sola Pacific Highlands Ranch, San Diego.
The purpose of the said gathering is to guide women in overcoming adversity and living with confidence, the church website announced. The Group Study starts at 6:30 p.m. They could have more fellowship after. They added that they would have Food themes each week so participants would know what food or drink to share.
Standing Strong as Woman
The book “Standing Strong as a Woman” was written by one of the best-selling authors, Alli Worthington, as informed on Worthington’s website. This book is for the woman who longs for freedom from what's holding her back. The author wrote an excellent and guilt-free guide to taking back a woman’s self-doubt.
According to the said website, as women read and study the book, they would be able to remove the lies that keep them from being who God intended them to be. They added that they could become unbreakable women who depend on their strength from God for any struggles. Also, while meditating on the said book, each reader could learn techniques for dealing with self-doubt, fear, and insecurity.
In this book, Worthington also teaches how to find confidence and commit to God’s calling in their life. The author also reminds women that they are stronger than they think and worth more than they could imagine. She advised them to free themselves from guilt and fear as they faced the battle with their faith.
