San Diego First Church of the Nazarene starts

San Diego First Church of the Nazarene started Adult U, a mid-week program for adults, on Wednesday, Sept. 7.

The church’s announcement posted that they would offer four courses this fall. They noted that each class would gather every Wednesday evening.

As further explained, it would take adult members four to six weeks to complete their chosen course.

Available Courses

The website mentioned that the first course is about worship habits. According to them, members would learn more about music through this course. They added that it would start from Sept. 07 to Sept. 28.

In addition, those interested in knowing more about how to have an effective conversation with children could register in the How to Talk to Your Kids About class. The church announced that this session would run from Sept. 14 to Oct. 19.

The website said the church would provide a class enriching its members’ faith in the Faith in Dialogue class. They announced that it would begin on Wednesday, Oct. 05.

Finally, San Diego First Church of the Nazarene will offer The Advent Story Bible Study on Wednesday, Nov. 16, to their adult congregation.

Adult Ministry

In the church’s ministry section, they explained that four primary programs are offered to their adult members. As added on the website, The First Church of the Nazarene provides opportunities for men to gather.

They mentioned that they are holding monthly events to build a place for men of various ages to meet for fellowship. Their men’s ministry is a way for the church to enrich their spiritual formation, as posted on the website.
