Summit Point Church to host Students Summer

Students at Summit Point Church look forward to the Summer Camp at Camp Pondo, where campers would have the chance to mature in their faith from July 11 to 15.

The church announcement posted that camp is an excellent chance for students to disconnect and concentrate on God. They added that there would be paintball, zipline, disc golf, and 9 square. Students could also enjoy a giant swing and more.

Besides, the cost is $370. The church noted that members could bring their cash or a check made out to Summit Point Church and label it “Camp Pondo” on their offering envelope and their name by July 03

Redemption Students

The church’s Student section mentioned that Redemption Student is the ministry for grades six to 12. They said they created the ministry as a biblical-based and mission-minded program for middle and high schoolers.

Moreover, they emphasized that they have a passionate team that oversees to give a motivating environment in which students are called to live for Jesus during this significant moment. Their goal is to help learners find and obey Jesus, the website posted.

They added that they meet at 9 a.m. every Sunday. Then they gather from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. on Wednesdays.

Summer for Redemption Students

The ministry posted their activities for the whole summer on the Student's Instagram posts. According to them, the students at Summit Point Church enjoy a movie night on May 25. Then From June 20 to June 24, the church is holding their Middle School Vacation Bible School (VBS).

Learners would also have fun at Knott's Berry Farm on June 29 with a registration fee of $60. After camping at Camp Pondo, they would go to the beach on July 27 and August 10, as posted on their Instagram.

Kid’s Ministry

Meanwhile, the Kid's section noted that kids' ministry is one of Summit Points' high priorities. The church works hard to provide children with safe, clean, and enticing classroom resources. They added that they are dedicated to teaching the children the Gospel’s truth. They do this by teaching relevant Bible stories, music and activities appropriate for their age.

The church also provides chances for kids to be part of various programs and events throughout the year. They said that they wanted to show the love and compassion of Jesus Christ to each of His children.

The exact section posted three categories for the Kid’s ministry. Preschool-aged from zero to kindergarten meets at 9 a.m. on Sundays. Children from kindergarten to fifth grade gather at the same time as the younger kids, while those in grade three meet at 10:30 a.m.

The church also guaranteed that all its team members had been screened carefully. So parents or guardians could be completely confident that their kids are safe in their class while they attend the service.

Community Groups

Another church ministry is the Community Groups which is also their priority. Community Section noted that it is genuinely all about community, individuals living life together, and assisting each other to mature and become godly.

They said that these groups meet weekly to discuss Bible scriptures and the message from the weekend’s preaching. They also pray together and motivate each other to impact their neighborhood.
