The Toastmasters Ministry section stated that the church nourishes the spirit of confidence within a group that wants to enrich their speaking and leadership skills. This program also guarantees that each participant can teach and cultivate the same spirit in others.

On another webpage, the said ministry announced that they would be conducting online Zoom meetings. This meeting is held every second and fourth Monday of every month at Point Loma.

They also said they have The Hub and Zoom meetings at Rock-San Marcos. This meeting is every second and fourth Thursday.

Toastmasters International

Toastmasters International's website said it is a nonprofit educational organization wherein they help improve public speaking and leadership skills. They do this through a worldwide connection of clubs. They added that their headquarters are located in Englewood, Colo.

They emphasized that they have over 300,000 members in more than 15,800 clubs in 149 countries. The website also noted that Toastmasters International has helped individuals since 1924. They said these people become more confident speakers, communicators, and leaders.

How it Works

Their website mentions that everything in the organization revolves around the club. They added that those interested are assured of finding one club near their area with their global network of clubs. Most clubs consist of 20 members, and they meet once a week for one hour, the website posted.

Besides, each group highlights a unique culture, so there would be no pressure to join the first group. They added that attending club meetings as a visitor is free until they find a suitable club that fits their personality.

Pathways

Moreover, they highlighted the Pathways learning experience on their website. It is a Toastmaster’s education program that uses over 300 practical workplace skills. They added that this new program of Toastmasters is a foundation for participants' experience.

These areas include interview preparation, online meeting management, and leadership development. They also have this program for project management and conflict resolution.

More importantly, the Pathways Section posted that this program is an exciting and flexible activity. It is also an interactive process. They aim to improve their skills and help others in the club develop their own.

They also that there are 11 specialized learning paths to choose from online. These paths would allow them to study it anytime and anywhere. Some particular tracks are Dynamic Leadership, Effective Coaching, and Engaging Humor.

They also noted an innovative planning, Leadership Development, and motivational strategies program. Besides, those interested could also learn Persuasive Influence, Presentation Mastery, and Strategic Relationships. They also offer classes for Team Collaboration and Visionary Communication.

The program also provides real-world skills. They could share these skills with others, as revealed on their website. They added that the content is available in Arabic, English, French, and German.

They have the program in Japanese, Portuguese, Simplified and Traditional Chinese, and Spanish.
