Archdiocese of San Francisco invites men of faith in Catholic Men's Conference 2021

The San Francisco Archdiocese is inviting all men of faith to join the 2021 Catholic Men's Conference. The event happens on Oct. 16 from 7:30 A.M. to 3:30 P.M.

2021 Catholic Men's Conference

According to the Archdiocese of San Francisco events page, they urge all men to participate in an exciting event designed specifically for them, the 2021 Catholic Men's Conference. 

As per the same post, the event will occur at St. Pius Parish in Redwood City, California. The event will be on Oct. 16, with registration opening at 7:30 A.M. and the conference proper will kick start at 8:30 A.M.

The same post also said that Catholic men from the Bay Area would be challenged, strengthened, and inspired during the event. Deacon Harold Burke-Sivers, the event's main speaker, is incredible. 

Moreover, the post said that the day comprises a Holy Mass celebrated by Archbishop Salvadore Cordileone, an opportunity for confession, and lunch. At a reduced charge, fathers are urged to bring their adolescent sons.

Keynote, Other Guest Speakers

On a related page of the same website, it is revealed that the keynote speech will be from Deacon Harold Burke-Sivers. Other featured speakers include Archdiocese of San Francisco's Director of Marriage and Family Life, Ed Hopfner, and professor and Theology of the Body presenter, Pat Reidy.

Deacon Harold Burke-Sivers

As per the same page, it is said that Deacon Harold Burke-Sivers is regarded as the "Dynamic Deacon" and is one of the Church's most demanded speakers today. He boasts a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Business Administration degree from the University of Notre Dame. He also holds a Master of Theological Studies degree from the University of Dallas and is a world-renowned speaker, author, and preacher.

In addition, the page also mentioned that he'd been a keynote speaker on many international Catholic radio and television shows, and on occasions, became the host or co-host of several prominent Eternal Word Television Network programs.

Furthermore, the page continued to say that Deacon Burke-Sivers is a member of the Confraternity of Catholic Clergy and the Fellowship of Catholic Scholars.

Pat Reidy

The same page mentioned that Pat Reidy worked for the National Evangelization Teams (NET) after obtaining his M.A. in Spanish Literature, speaking in public, and conducting multilingual retreats across the country. In 1998, he began his studies in the Theology of the Body at St. John Vianney Seminary in Denver, where he encountered Christopher West.

Moreover, as per the page, Pat has several radio and television engagements and has recorded with Lighthouse Catholic Media. Pat is the Vice President of Mission and Faith at JSerra Catholic High School in Southern California, where he and his wife Sandra live.

Ed Hofpner

Meanwhile, the post mentioned that the Archdiocese of San Francisco's director of Marriage and Family Life is Ed Hopfner. Ed is a well-known speaker who has delivered presentations around North America, focusing on Pope John Paul II's Theology of the Body (TOB) and teaching classes, leading study groups, and holding workshops.

In addition, the page said he is zealous about spreading the Gospel and Church doctrine to a world that desperately wants to listen to it.
