Cornerstone Church in San Francisco will celebrate Christmas with various community events starting on Sunday, Nov. 27.

Cornerstone Church prepared various events as part of its Rise and Shine Advent Calendar.
The gatherings aim to help the community remain connected and engaged with the joy of Christmas throughout the season and encourage them to continually reflect on the significance of Christmas and all that Christ's birth does for them in their own lives.
They will engage in video devotions from Monday to Saturday and then turn to written prayer on Sundays, which began on Nov. 27. It will be held until Dec. 25.
Aside from this, according to the church’s post, Christmas Eve Candlelight Service is considered one of the church's most cherished traditions. It is a powerful metaphor for the arrival of the light that Jesus brings into the world's darkness.
And as each person lights their candle, the light of Jesus is multiplied throughout the room and within each of their hearts.
They invited community members to join in the festivities and rejoice with them as they welcome Jesus into the world on Dec. 24 at 6 p.m. at the Riordan Campus.
During Christmas Day, Cornerstone Church will host a particularly unique service during which the congregation will worship, PT will lead an uplifting meditation, and everyone will share the joy of celebrating the birth of Christ together.
They said anyone participating in the online service would have the ability to replay it following the premiere and share it with their friends.
Per the post, Cornerstone Church will hold a gathering at the Mission Campus for acoustic worship, communion, and a joint devotion service for those individuals who choose to spend time with one another in a more personal setting.
They said they have high hopes that this will be a wonderful occasion to appear before the Lord, and they intend to celebrate today.
