The Devar Dance Ministry of Fresh Start Christian Center in Mount Vernon, NY, will have its 'weWorship: The Reset' event.

As per the Eventbrite post, the event is scheduled for Saturday, Nov. 12, at 5 p.m. EST.

It will take place at Fresh Start Christian Center, at 115 S Macquesten Pkwy, Mount Vernon, NY.

The weWORSHIP: The Reset is reportedly an intimate worship experience conveyed via liturgical dance and song.

Its purpose is to trigger a personal revival sought and experienced in the community context.

As mentioned, it is a declaration of intentionality and an emphasis on things eternal for the growth of the body of Christ, which will ultimately result in an abundant harvest on the earth.

The event aims to bring together the sacred creation of God and to craft for themselves a wonderful experience that will set them free and alter them eternally.

Additionally, the event costs $22 and offers free admission for children aged 12 years and below.

As reported, the Fresh Start Christian Center is not simply another community of believers; instead, they are a movement. They are individuals learning how to live through worship and the Bible.

Resetting Faith

According to an article from Crosswalk, along the way of their walk as Christians, many people will find themselves in a spiritual rut, suffer a test of faith, or even feel in a pit.

Despite all of the people's efforts, there will come a period in every believer's life when they need to reset their faith, as reported.

Thus, there are reportedly five signs that people should reset their faith, including the following:

  • People are perpetually exhausted. Constant fatigue shows that the body and the soul have become exhausted. Resetting beliefs in this manner includes soul rest in addition to bodily rest.
  • People are too occupied with devoting time to God. If people have spent their time seeking things, people, and places, in life but have neglected to spend time with God, people may anticipate their faith to suffer.
  • People are always negative. When people's initial response to everything is pessimism, they should pause and consider why they are responding in that manner. Because Jesus reportedly serves as hope, faith causes believers to have hope.
  • People have lost interest in helping others. People must each recognize the appropriate periods and seasons for their service. It is with wisdom that they engage in actions of assistance for others. Moreover, people should all be serving others in some form as a manifestation of their religion.
  • People have forgotten God's steadfast love for His people. Faith is shaken when people perceive that God is distant from them or that they are distant from God.

As mentioned, when people reach a moment where they see that their faith requires a reset, they should not feel humiliated.

God does not reportedly view it as having failed in faith, nor does He condemn His people because they may require spiritual realignment.

Life's difficulties will demand that everyone reset their faith for as long as they live, according to the page.
