Local Hackensack Baptist church celebrates 3rd pastoral anniversary of senior pastor

The New Hope Baptist Church has recently celebrated the third pastoral anniversary of its senior pastor. As reported, the worship house, based in Hackensack, New Jersey, marked another year for Rev. Dr. Drew Kyndall Ross.

Pastoral Anniversary of Senior Pastor

According to the church's Facebook post, the event took place on Sunday, April 3. The anniversary celebration reportedly started at 10:45 a.m.

The anniversary event drew parishioners of the New Hope Baptist Church, the Facebook post bared. Moreover, the local church also invited a guest preacher and a musician pastor to join the event.

Accordingly, Rev. Jimmy Baldwin was reportedly present at the pastoral celebration. He is the pastor of Shiloh Christian Community Church in Baltimore, Maryland.

Rev. Trini Massie also joined Pastor Drew's third pastoral anniversary event. Rev. Massie is the worship minister at Mt. Ararat Baptist Church in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

Aside from that, the church tapped the services of various musical and dance groups to perform that day. The worship team of the New Hope Baptist Church reportedly administered the musical presentations.

Also joining the church's very own worship team is the Judah Dance Ministry, the Facebook post confirmed.

Church Sends Prayers for Pastor Drew

In a separate Facebook post, the church described the event as a "special day" for the faith community.

"Words cannot express how much we appreciate you and love you," the New Hope Baptist Church said. "Thank God for blessing us with Pastor Drew."

The Hackensack-based congregation also said that the faithful enjoyed the pastoral celebration. He asserted that parishioners had an "amazing time celebrating our Pastor Drew."

"What a day of worship and celebration," the local church posted. "God is awesome and so worthy of all of our praise."

Furthermore, the worship house also recognized the contributions of the senior pastor. The faith leader reportedly accomplished many things for the church and the community.

The New Hope Baptist Church also believes that God rules over the life of its senior pastor.

Thus, the faith community has asked God to shower "abundant blessings" on Pastor Drew. It also prayed for protection and wisdom for the pastoral anniversary celebrant.

The church also asked for the senior pastor's good health "and all you may stand in need of."

"We love you and appreciate everything you have done and what God will have you do in the future," it added.
