Church’s Statement of Faith
Campbell Community Church asserted that it did not present the following statement of Christian beliefs as a creed but rather as an overview of the key doctrines of their faith as found in the Bible, according to the church’s website.
The church said that all those who take on roles of authority and ministry at Campbell Community Church are expected to agree with this Statement of Faith.
The church said that the Bible is self-attested, and since it is true, it demands complete submission in all facets of life.
Campbell Community Church added that the sixty-six volumes that make up the old and new testaments, which together make up the infallible Word of God, provide a comprehensive and coherent account of God's redeeming deeds, which culminated in the incarnation of the Living Word, the Lord Jesus Christ.
According to the church, the Bible is the supreme and final authority on all subjects because it was specifically and entirely inspired by the Holy Spirit.
Church’s Services
The church claims that at Campbell Community Church, the worship service is conducted in a relaxed manner.
At 10 a.m., they begin the service. They now commence the new discipleship period each Sunday morning with praise music, prayer, and sermon.
God is exalted by their adoration and is more interested in the hearts of the worshippers than the particular genre of music, the church said.
Instead of just entertaining people, the worship team intentionally designs the service to guide visitors into God's presence.
The music has a variety of styles as a result. They might hear everything, including traditional hymns, Messianic Jewish tunes, and contemporary praise.
They think that throughout history, people have worshiped God utilizing a variety of musical genres and instruments, including choruses, choirs, chants, hymns, orchestras, and Acappella singing.
It added that the acoustic, bass, electric, keyboard, drum, and guitar instruments make up their praise band.
When God's Word is preached, he is praised, the church said.
Expository instruction predominates at Campbell Community Church. This means that rather than developing a message and then using the bible to support it, they go to the bible and teach directly from the books, finding our message directly in God's word.
Both old and new testament books are taught, and we typically finish a book before moving on.
The church also gives thematic lessons on topics like Christian development, charitable giving, tithe, prayer, etc. In these instances, they consult the bible to find everything God has to say on the matter and then base our lessons on that. At Campbell Community Church, sermons typically last 20 to 25 minutes.
