Cross Roads United Methodist Church in Phoenix, Arizona hosts “Tech Sunday” for adult bible study every Sunday.
On a Facebook post on Sunday, July 24, the church welcomed the questions and concerns of the public on how the new age tech works.
According to the church’s post, the new age tech works were tackled during the session, including how to use phones, laptops, tablets, or social media.
The church said they also invited the public to come and help to become a volunteer.

Reconciling Church
Cross Roads United Methodist Church is an open and accepting congregation that embraces diversity, service, unconditional acceptance, and the care and support of all persons in the name of Jesus Christ, according to the church’s website.
The church said it is a reconciling, inclusive community of faith.
On the same website, the church said those of every race, ethnicity, language, age, physical or mental ability, gender identity, sexual orientation, political affiliation, socioeconomic class, marital status, history of faith, as well as those battling mental illnesses and addiction, are all welcome to participate in ministry and worship with the congregation.
Church’s Vision, Mission
People from various areas of life converge at Cross Roads. The church claims on its website that is a varied, loving, and caring congregation to strengthen their bonds with one another and God.
The church said the Cross Roads is the intersection of hope, faith, and love.
Making disciples of Jesus Christ is the goal in order to change the world, and being on a mission with the community and the world is something the people may cherish much and is one of the church’s basic principles, it added.
According to the church, the church thinks education through Sunday School, Bible study, and other disciplines is crucial for young kids, teens, and adults.
The church said Cross Roads affirms that everyone is of sacred worth without exception.
Together, with God's love, they endeavor to advance understanding and respect for one another, it said.
It explained that all people who wish to know God's love through Jesus Christ are welcome in our religious community.
Church’s Ministries
Cross Roads United Methodist Church regularly distributes food donations to its members and neighbors. They added that food not consumed is donated to nearby food banks.
The church said one of the longest-standing and most reliable donors to Desert Mission Food Bank is Cross Roads. Non-perishable goods are gathered all year round in the lobby and delivered to this nearby charity that is situated a few blocks north of the church.
This multi-state initiative assists families in leaving homelessness. Several times a year, Cross Roads provides food, monetary donations, and housing for a week for Phoenix Family Promise guests, in the same website stated.
For many years, United Methodist Outreach Missions have helped those in need. The church website said that Cross Roads provides financial support, food service, and clothing donations to the UMOM shelters in downtown Phoenix.
