Faith Christian Center to hold gathering for couples to strengthen their marriage

Faith Christian Center in Phoenix will host a gathering for couples called "Strengthen Your Marriage Now" on Saturday, Sept. 10, from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. The church encouraged couples to attend the event.

Couples Day at Faith Christian Center 

Faith Christian Center announced Strengthen Your Marriage Now event through its website. The church invited all couples, married and those planning to get married, to this particular time for nurturing marriage. 

It said it will guide couples in working for a strong, passionate, and intimate marriage. Strengthen Your Marriage Now is designed to empower and encourage couples to love and live better together. 

The church assured everyone they will return with fresh ideas and preparedness to run their marriage race. The first meeting is on Sept. 10 from three in the afternoon until 5 p.m.

According to its Facebook page, the church would love guests to join at one of the worship services. In-person worship service is on Sundays at 9 and 11 in the morning. 

The online Sunday experience is at 11 a.m.

The church has in-person and online worship services on the first Wednesday of each month. It is scheduled at 7 p.m. Faith Christian Center introduces its community as a friendly, Bible Teaching and family church. 

It believes that their life will never be the same when they visit it. Faith Christian Center is located at 2650 McDowell Rd., Phoenix. 

The church is currently holding 31 Days of Prayer. It started on Aug. 1 and ends on Aug. 31. Faith Christian Center will also be celebrating its 25th Anniversary. 

As per its website, its 25th Anniversary will be a yearlong celebration. It encourages all to come and join the fun at its 25th Anniversary Entertainment Night. 

The entertainment night will feature a special guest-Akintunde. Faith Christian Center announces that doors will open at 6:15 in the evening. The event will start at 7 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 30. 

Additionally, the church reminds all that seating is based on arrival. Reservations will be forfeited if individuals fail to arrive at 7:15 p.m. There are no child services provided during the event. 

The celebration for the 25th Anniversary will continue until Sunday, Oct.2. This last day of celebration will be a homecoming event with the FCC Step Team. 

There will be a family cookout, games, inflatables, and other surprises. Faith Christian Center envisions itself as a community representing Jesus Christ and changing how people see  the Church. 

Faith Christian Center's goals are building a 2500-seat auditorium, opening a Bible Training Center for those called into ministry, and opening a school for K-12. It also works to provide food and clothing for the poor. 

Faith Christian Center believes in and promotes these values: generosity, honor, celebrating each other’s successes, gratitude and thankfulness, excellence, belief, and trust. 

The church’s other values are authentic relationships and accountability. 

Bishop Keith A. Butler and his wife, Pastor Deborah Butler, are the founders of Faith Christian Center, while Pastor Sean R. Moore is the Senior Pastor of this faith community.

On the other hand, Pastor Erica R. Moore is the First Lady at Faith Christian Center.
