New Year Church Fast
Living Word Gilbert announced it will begin a two-day church fast from Monday to Wednesday, Jan. 9 until Jan. 11. It announced details through an event website.
As shared in Eventbrite, Living Word Gilbert will kick off the New Year as a family in prayer and fasting. The church stated that fasting is an excellent way to get things started before everyone goes somewhere new.
The church also said that fasting expresses humility. All should consider beginning the new year with a fast. Living Word Gilbert reminded all to consult their doctor before deciding on a particular change in their diet.
It shared there are many ways to fast. Additionally, the church stated faith gets louder when one is fasting.
The New Year Church Fast starts in the morning of Jan. 9 and ends on the evening of Jan.11. Living Word Gilbert announced that the fast would end with a night of prayer and worship.
It invited all to join its church family on Wednesday, Jan.11, for praise and worship. Moreover, Living Word Gilbert encouraged all to make a list of prayers and goals for 2023 that everyone believes God for and then claim victory in each of these areas daily.

Kings Kids is the children's ministry at Living Word Gilbert. It is open to children from birth through fifth grade. Kids gather during Sunday Services.
The church acknowledges that it is important for kids to spend time learning about Jesus Christ and that it is a necessity. Children attending Kings Kids will experience games, object lessons, and engaging lessons.
Living Word Gilbert wants every kid to realize God's unique plan for them.
