New Location, Building for Our Legacy

As shared on Facebook, New Heights Church announced the monumental day for its congregation. According to the announcement, it officially closed on its new location for its church.

New Heights owns the land and is preparing the building to be its permanent sanctuary. The church expressed its excitement for what lies ahead.

It also extended its gratitude for the congregation's generosity. New Heights Church is optimistic about the future.

The church's website provided more information about this milestone for New Heights Church. The church now owns a building and land.

New Heights Church is moving to the building that stands on three acres of land on Warner and the 101.

As stated on the website, New Heights Church credited the Legacy gifts from members and the Lord's divine provision for making it possible for it to reach the generations, including the next one.

Pastor Bill addressed its congregation through the website. He informed the New Heights Church family that their current lease at the corner of Kyrene and Chandler Blvd. will expire in July 2023.

He also stated that the lease will increase by 33-38%. Pastor Bill announced that the church had bought a property at 101 and Warner, which is 5.5 miles from its current location.

The property is over 3.1 acres and has an 8,900 sq. ft. building and a 2000 sq. ft. manufactured building. The church is considering a total remodel for the building.

It plans to build a 300-seat auditorium, foyer, kid's room, and outdoor space for all kids and adults. There are three manufactured buildings that New Heights needs to demolish for remodeling.

As Pastor Bill said, the purchased lot is a massive step for the church.

Through this lot, New Heights will have a permanent home in the east valley.

In the long run, such will save the church money and make additional stability for all. The savings will enable New Heights Church to do more for its congregation and community.
