Angel Tree

According to the Salvation Army website, Angel Tree is a program that helps to give Christmas gifts to hundreds of thousands of kids nationwide yearly.

They explained that once the child or senior citizen has been registered and approved as an “Angel,” the organization would give their desire for Christmas. The website noted that the wishlist is shared with sponsors in the community who would buy gifts of new clothes and toys.

Moreover, the organization would distribute gifts to the family so they could put them under their family Christmas tree, as further explained on the website.

In addition, the website stated that the Salvation Army hosts an Angel tree program in various cities around the U.S. and Canada. They added that only some Salvation Army site has an Angel Tree program.
