People’s Church San Diego

According to the church’s website, the People’s Church San Diego members take the Greatest Commandment as their top priority in daily life. They mentioned that the church is focused on loving God and others.

In addition, the church emphasized that everyone is valuable to them because all individuals matter to God. They explained that they do not force anyone to do anything at any time against their choice.

Besides, the church recognized that all individuals have their stories in the past, present, and future. But they said they are more focused and looking forward to the future God prepared for them.

At People’s Church San Diego, they highlighted that they accept and encourage every member to be who they are. They believe that God made them special.

Ministries

In another section, the church posted various ministries for every stage of life. They explained that they offer a program for kids from zero to grade six. They mentioned that they meet every Sunday via Zoom or Facebook video posts.

Moreover, the website mentioned that the church has a senior adult program for those over 65 years old. They stated that they meet every month and hold special discussions.

People’s Church has programs for students from middle to college. They added that they gather every Friday night. Also, their young adult ministry meets every Thursday evening, as noted on the website.

Doing Life Together

On another page, the church stressed that life groups are vital to them. They explained that Life groups are a secure venue to grow spiritually with other members.

According to the website, life groups are based on age, career goals, or interests. As added on the website, they gather weekly to talk about changes in their life. Also, they conduct a session to understand God’s word deeply.

In addition, the church has various themes throughout the year, and each group uses its materials together, as explained on the website.

Vision

The church’s vision section revealed that it started its development last October. They emphasized that the People's Church and its community are about to establish an “epic historical journey” for the next five years.

Moreover, the website said that the church would take the first step of its faith in creating a Performing Arts Worship Center to build lives.

As further explained, the church had been discussing this dream for eight years. They admitted that there were a lot of hindrances that they had to face, such as fear and not having enough resources.

However, the church revealed that they believe there is a time for building. They emphasized that they built God’s house of worship as they built their lives.
