Redeemer’s Grace Church invites men to join a series of Spike and Volleyball tournaments to find out the Kings of Summer on July 16 from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the Nobel Athletic Fields.
The church's Instagram post announced that it would be a fun and friendly competition among their male members.
They added that they would discuss the “Catalysts of Courage” during the said program. They encourage men to participate as they widen their understanding of how they could be courageous.
5:17 Men
The Redeemer’s Grace Church’s 5:17 Men is their men’s ministry, posted on the church’s men section. They noted that currently, they are offering Drone’s Club, Men’s Gathering, and Head of Household programs for male members.
These ministries are addressing topics about biblical manhood and protection. They also learn about family and leadership. The church thinks that God made men play particular roles. They seek to build men who know their part and live it out for God’s glory.
The website also posted that the ministry’s name is rooted in the scripture from 2 Corinthians 5:17, which says that those who have Christ in them are now new creations. Their old self has gone, and new things have come.
Drones’ Club
According to the church’s website, Drones’ Club happens twice every quarter, where they seek to teach men the biblical mandate for masculinity. The club is also an opportunity for nurturing unity and friendship.
This year, they noted that there is “The Strength of a Leader: Righteousness.” Men could have the chance to learn where they could receive righteousness. The club also discusses how does leader could be strong.
Men’s Fellowship
Meanwhile, the church announced that their Men’s gathering happens monthly on Sundays at 11 a.m. During the said fellowship, male congregants study a topical series called “The Heart of a Leader: Compassion.”
Besides, they featured that they have faithful instructors ready to challenge participants with intentional topics. In this fellowship, they said that it would also be a productive discussion. Those interested could check out the church’s calendar for schedule, as posted on their website.
Head of Household
The church offers the Head of Household program for men who want to learn how to build a vision for their lives and homes. It is a quarterly event where men could learn about this year’s theme, “The Mind of a Leader: Vision.”
In this program, the church would teach the image of a vision worthy of a legacy. Male members could also learn the steps to set objectives to attain their dream.
Men’s Conference
In addition, they also posted a Men’s Conference, wherein it is an extraordinary chance for male congregants to gather and know about God’s purpose for their life. They added that for this year, the said conference's focus would be “Initiation.”
The church said men could know what godly influence is. They could also understand how they could have a lasting legacy. Conference 2022 was held on the website from May 14 to May 15.
