Renew San Diego Church to host Summer Conversations throughout Summer

Congregations at Renew San Diego Church are invited to join the Summer Conversations, a social gathering throughout the summer starting on June 20 at 7 p.m. at Caffe Calabria, North Park.

The church announcement highlights that their first topic is “Summer Fun in San Diego,” hosted by Matt Nault. They added that the church would meet at local cafes, bars, and restaurants during the summer to bond with friends over food and drinks. They would also have engaging conversation topics, the website added.

Besides, they reminded those interested in participating could also bring their friends. They could also suggest fun activities and places in San Diego. The same website said they welcome new concepts to enjoy the summer.

They announced that the following Summer Conversation would be on July 13 and Aug.18, 2022.

Reunite, Reconnect, Redirect

According to the church's Mission Section, they exist to reunite, reconnect, and Redirect. The church said that people long for a deeper reality in life.

They noted that God fulfills all these longings and wants people to be reunited with Himself. The one who made humans loves them and makes them new. They said that through Jesus, humanity is invited into union with the Lord.

The same webpage revealed that individuals reunited with God could have a deeper connection with one another in the community. In this way, they added that they could know who they indeed are.

The church said Jesus taught them that loving and knowing one another is directly related to their sense of being known and loved by God. They highlighted that at Renew San Diego, they intend to reconnect with one another in their neighborhood. They stated that they are genuine and honest in a city that could be wonderful but superficial.

More importantly, the website noted that the church is reunited with God and reconnected with others and themselves. They do not stop there. The church emphasized that they are redirected outward in God’s mission of renewal to a beautiful and corrupted world.

The website revealed that Renew San Diego is an outpost of Jesus’ resurrection renewal, and Jesus called them to be His hands and feet wherever they go.

The Food Delicious Tour Company website revealed some restaurants to visit in the county. They noted that they aim to give an epic food and cultural experience while supporting local businesses and neighborhoods.

One of the restaurants they feature is Libations on the East Side. They stated that this place is a former warehouse district and is now home to an array of eclectic eateries, Michelin-starred star restaurants, and breweries.

The area was also entitled to have award-winning cocktail bars.
