Reve Church held a yoga class and prayer for its female members on Saturday, Nov. 12, at Seagrove Park, Del Mar.
The church’s website noted that the event is a part of their Soul Good Saturdays program for women. They explained that the yoga session helped participants to fuel their physical and mental health.
Besides, the women of Reve Church were told they could refresh their hearts and soul while overlooking the oceans. They added that they also focused on praying after the challenging yoga class with Nina.

The American Osteopathic Association revealed that regular daily yoga practices are good for physical and mental health. They explained that the osteopathic method is like yoga; it focuses on one’s body’s natural ability toward health and self-healing.
