Saddleback Church invites members to gather their tribe, load their cars and get ready for the most fun Easter Service and Walk-Tru with a Live Story Experience on April 17 at the San Diego Campus.

On the church’s Facebook post on April 2, they announced that their Service starts from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. Then their Walk-thru is full of game booths, egg painting, Easter baskets overflowing with threats for every kid, and a petting zoo for them to enjoy, the post added.

Moreover, the said announcement also informed that the Live Story of Easter unfolds three scenes as shown by Jesus entering Jerusalem to the empty tomb where He rose, and His resurrection transformed the world.

The post also stated that all the said activities would be at no cost to express their love for every member.

Easter Walk Thru & Live Story Experience

The church’s website encourages members to be a part of their Easter service and enjoy a fantastic day of worship and fun for the whole family. Also, they added that their Easter Walk-Thru features a lot of enjoyment and an Easter Trivia Contest on Instagram for everyone joining on site. According to their website, participants would need to test their skills, and they have the chance to win a big Family Fun Basket filled with games, puzzles, and treats.

In addition, some of the game booths mentioned are the Whack A Moelm Hoopin’ for Jesus, their Carrot Patch, etc.  The church also announces exciting prizes waiting for all the winners, such as toys and eggs that their complimentary Easter baskets could fill.

They also invite their members to experience the actual definition of Easter with live animals. The story unfolds through scenes depicting Jesus going to Jerusalem to the empty tomb where He rose, and the news of His resurrection changed the world, as noted on the website.

Celebrate Easter at Saddleback Church

“I came so that they would have life, and have it sufficiently ” - John 10:10

The church stated that these past two years might feel like a neverending winter for each member- a dormant moment where nothing new has grown, and their circumstances don’t seem to have any progress. However, they emphasized that because of Jesus, they can experience not just a new life but overflowing and abundant life though some may not be able to picture it.

This Easter, they are gathering together with the hope of believing that God, even today, is at work to make all things new even if it is still unseen, the church added.

With this, they would have a Resurrection Celebration Services for both adults and children on Sunday, April 17, at 9 a.m at Canyon Crest Academy, then another service at 11 a.m. Following their Easter Celebration, the church also started its Five-Day Devotional on April 4, the website posted.

For those who wish to be a part of Easter at Saddleback to help others feel welcomed by their church family at one of their services this year, the church informed them to sign up on their registration site.

Lastly, for those who want to share the hope, the church also announced to share their favorite Easter image or post their weekend experience photos on Facebook and Instagram using the hashtag “#EasterAtSaddleback.”
