Skyline Church runs a Perspective class, a college-level course for members who want to learn how to be more effective in the ministry in local and international, beginning on Tuesday, Jan. 10, in Room 408.
The church's website emphasized that the class could change the perspectives of the participants. They also highlighted that their extraordinary instructors came from different places worldwide.
About Perspective Class
According to the church’s website, perspective consists of fifteen lessons that help learners discover various aspects of God’s purpose in the world. They explained that the class would analyze God’s story of fulfilling His promises from four aspects of “perspectives.”
Skyline Church noted that they would examine the Biblical, Historical, Cultural, and Strategic points of view of God’s stories.
As further mentioned, the biblical and historical parts of the lessons build the root of their confidence in the historic fact of God’s purposeful work to proclaim His name to the nations from the start of history until today.
In addition, they explained that the cultural and strategic sections featured that they are in the middle of an expensive but very attainable task.
They stated that these sections affirm the biblical and historical hope they could have with the invitation to work with God and His mission.
Skyline Church stressed that its members are crucial to God’s story. They believe that God loves His people when they respond to His invitation to bless all people in the world.
Perspectives as a Movement
The Perspectives website revealed that Perspectives is a worldwide movement that awakens the Body of Christ to thrive in fulfilling God’s-global plan within every individual for His glory.
In addition, they noted that they are educating followers of God to strategic involvement in the unique privilege of co-working with God in his purpose to reach out to individual groups.
Educational Course, Organization
According to the same website, Perspective is a motivational study guide found in the Bible. They added that it is a “multi-faceted” learning experience that has influenced more than 250,000 graduates.
More importantly, the website revealed that Perspectives USA is the primary organization supervising and facilitating the Perspectives course in America.
As further explained, they have thousands of volunteers, staff, and supporters that are part of the family. They highlighted that they are passionate, caring, missional disciples of Jesus.
They said on the website that they are eager to work with God as He reveals the living story of His glory.

On the organization’s homepage, they stressed that at Perspectives, they believe that people are made for more. They could use their gifts to bless the world around them, as explained on the website.
They featured that Scripture in Psalm 96:3, which says that “Declare His glory among the nations, His marvelous works among all the peoples.”
Moreover, the website stated that God has a special part for each Believer in His global purpose of reaching out to the nations. They explained that Perspectives is not a course mainly focused on world missions.
As further mentioned, Perspectives is a study program based on the Bible to clarify to Christians the amazing opportunity to participate in God's plan in the world.
